Responsible Gambling

Orowin believes that gambling should be a form of entertainment and never a source of income or a solution to financial problems.

This page provides information about Responsible Gambling, control tools, self-exclusion, and support resources for Orowin users in the Argentine Republic.

Orowin.bet is operated by Win Vision N.V. under Anjouan gaming license No. ALSI-202605001-FI1.

18+ | Gamble responsibly.

Only bet money you can afford to lose. If you feel that you are losing control, use the limit-setting or self-exclusion tools and seek professional help.

1. Responsible Gambling Principles

To maintain a healthy relationship with gambling:

  • only bet money you can afford to lose;
  • decide in advance how much money and time you will spend gambling;
  • do not use funds intended for housing, food, healthcare, debts, or other essential expenses;
  • do not consider gambling a way to generate income;
  • do not try to recover losses by increasing your bets;
  • take breaks during extended gambling sessions; and
  • avoid gambling under the influence of alcohol or other substances, or in situations of intense stress.

Gambling involves a risk of loss, and no result or winnings are guaranteed.

If gambling begins to affect your finances, work, studies, personal relationships, or emotional well-being, stop gambling and consider using the available protection tools.

2. Control Tools

Orowin may offer tools designed to help users control their gambling activity. The available options may be managed through the Gaming Account or requested at:

support@orowin.bet

2.1. Limits

When this feature is available, users may set limits on their deposits or other gambling parameters.

For accounts configured in Argentine pesos, the corresponding monetary limits will be expressed in ARS.

The availability, duration, and conditions of each limit will be displayed in the Gaming Account or provided by support.

Setting limits before you start gambling can help keep your spending within a predefined budget.

2.2. Temporary Break

If you need to step away from gambling for a specific period, you may request a temporary break or restriction on your Gaming Account.

During the break, the relevant gambling features will remain restricted in accordance with the conditions provided when the measure is activated.

If a temporary break is not sufficient or you feel that you are losing control, consider requesting self-exclusion.

3. Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion is a protection tool that allows users to request the blocking of their Gaming Account when they need to stop gambling for Responsible Gambling reasons.

To request it, use the tools available in your account or write to:

support@orowin.bet

Clearly state that you are requesting self-exclusion for Responsible Gambling reasons.

Orowin may verify your identity before applying the measure to protect the account against requests made by third parties.

3.1. During Self-Exclusion

While self-exclusion is active, you must not:

  • use the restricted account;
  • create another Gaming Account;
  • register using another email address or telephone number;
  • use the details of family members or third parties; or
  • attempt to bypass the restriction using another DNI, device, or payment method.

Orowin may apply reasonable controls to detect attempts to bypass self-exclusion.

The applicable duration and conditions will be provided when the request is confirmed. When self-exclusion has been established as irrevocable for a specific period, it cannot be cancelled early simply at the user’s request.

3.2. Funds During Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion does not result in the automatic loss of legitimate real funds belonging to the user.

When a withdrawable real-money balance exists, its processing will remain subject to identity verification, KYC/AML checks, and the applicable withdrawal conditions.

4. Signs of Problem Gambling

Consider taking a break, requesting self-exclusion, or seeking help if:

  • you bet more money than you had planned;
  • you try to recover losses immediately;
  • you borrow money to continue gambling;
  • you use funds intended for essential expenses;
  • you hide how much time or money you spend gambling;
  • you feel anxious or irritable when you cannot gamble;
  • you find it difficult to reduce or stop gambling; or
  • gambling is affecting your relationships, work, studies, or finances.

These signs are for guidance only and do not constitute a medical diagnosis. However, they may indicate that it is time to stop gambling and seek support.

6. Protection of Minors

Orowin is exclusively for people aged 18 and over.

People under the age of 18 are prohibited from creating or using a Gaming Account, making deposits, or participating in real-money games.

Orowin may request a DNI or other documentation through its KYC procedures to verify the user’s identity and date of birth.

When there are reasonable doubts about a person’s age or identity, the Gaming Account may be restricted while the relevant verification is completed.

6.1. Recommendations for Parents and Adults

If you share a device with minors:

  • log out after using Orowin;
  • do not save passwords on shared devices;
  • do not share login credentials or authentication codes;
  • protect your payment methods;
  • avoid leaving the Gaming Account open; and
  • consider using parental control or content-filtering tools.
