Win Vision N.V. operates Orowin.bet under gaming license No. ALSI-202605001-FI1, issued under the regulatory framework of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros.
This license applies to the operator and is not a license issued by a national or provincial authority or by the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires in Argentina.
Orowin makes its platform available to users located in different regions of the Argentine Republic, subject to these Terms, the applicable technical and territorial restrictions and the laws applicable to the user based on their location.
The technical availability of the website in Argentina must not be interpreted as a statement that participation is authorized in every jurisdiction or under all circumstances. Users are responsible for verifying that accessing and using the service is legal in the location from which they participate.
Orowin may restrict registrations, deposits, bets, games or withdrawals where necessary to comply with regulatory, legal, fraud prevention or risk management obligations.
For users whose Gaming Account is configured in Argentine pesos, the primary currency for display and transactions is the Argentine peso (ARS).
Deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses and withdrawals will be shown in ARS where applicable to the account configuration.
When a digital asset such as USDT is used, conversion processes between USDT and ARS may apply. The exchange rate, available network and amount ultimately received may depend on the payment provider and the conditions shown to the user before confirming the transaction.
To open and use a Gaming Account at Orowin, the user must:
Users may not use another person’s account or allow third parties to use their account.
Each person may register and maintain only one Gaming Account at Orowin.
It is not permitted to create additional accounts using:
When Orowin identifies reasonable indications of duplicate or related accounts, it may request additional verification and temporarily restrict transactions while conducting the relevant review.
If a violation is confirmed, duplicate accounts may be closed and bonuses or benefits obtained through the violation may be cancelled, without prejudice to the return of funds legitimately belonging to the user where applicable and any measures required by AML/KYC obligations.
Users must provide accurate and verifiable information.
The first and last name, date of birth and other identification details must match the documentation used during verification.
The Orowin Account holder, the person identified through the DNI and the holder of the Mercado Pago, CBU/CVU or bank account used for the movement of funds must be the same person.
Where there is a legitimate discrepancy, such as an update to personal information, Orowin may request additional documentation before enabling new transactions.
Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential.
They must not share passwords or authentication codes or knowingly allow third parties to access their account.
If unauthorized access is suspected, the user must change their credentials and contact support@orowin.bet without delay.
Orowin may apply additional verification when it detects logins, devices, locations or transaction patterns that require a security review.
Orowin applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures and anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing checks (AML/CFT).
Among other purposes, these checks are intended to:
Verification may include the following steps:
Step 1 — Personal data.
The user provides their genuine information when registering.
Step 2 — Identity document.
Orowin may request a legible image of a valid DNI or another document accepted by the system.
Step 3 — Legal age verification.
The date of birth will be used to confirm that the account holder is aged 18 or over.
Step 4 — Additional checks.
Where necessary, a selfie, liveness check, proof of address, payment method documentation or information about the source of funds may be requested.
Step 5 — Payment method validation.
Orowin may verify that a Mercado Pago account, CBU/CVU, bank account, wallet or other instrument used belongs to the same person who holds the Gaming Account.
Verification may be requested during registration or at a later stage, including before certain withdrawals are processed.
The fact that a deposit has previously been accepted does not mean that Orowin waives its right to verify the user’s identity before authorizing a withdrawal or another transaction.
Submitted documents must be authentic, valid where applicable, legible and unaltered.
Orowin may reject altered, incomplete or insufficient documentation and request additional information reasonably necessary to complete verification.
Personal data and verification documents will be processed in accordance with Orowin’s Privacy Policy and the applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
Subject to technical availability, account eligibility and the payment provider, users in Argentina may find methods such as:
The availability of a method may vary. The methods that are currently enabled, their limits and other conditions are shown in the account’s payment section.
Deposits must be made from a payment method belonging to the Gaming Account holder.
Orowin may reject, return or review a deposit made from a bank account, Mercado Pago account, CBU/CVU or another instrument belonging to a third party.
Orowin may not be used as an intermediary to transfer money between people or payment methods.
Orowin applies its own fee of 0% to deposits and withdrawals, unless a different condition is expressly disclosed to the user before the transaction is confirmed.
This means that Orowin does not deduct its own fee merely for making a deposit or withdrawal.
However, banks, wallets, blockchain networks, payment processors or other third parties may apply their own fees, charges or exchange rates. These amounts are not fees charged by Orowin and may be outside the platform’s control.
Eligible funds may be withdrawn through the methods available in the relevant section of the Gaming Account.
Before approving a withdrawal, Orowin may verify:
As a general rule, withdrawals must be sent to a financial instrument or payment method held in the same name as the Gaming Account.
For example, if the Orowin account is verified in the name of Juan Pérez, the Mercado Pago account, CBU/CVU or bank account used for the withdrawal must belong to Juan Pérez.
Orowin may request documentation proving this ownership.
For security, fraud prevention and AML reasons, Orowin may require the withdrawal to be processed through the same method used to deposit, whenever technically possible.
When that method does not support withdrawals, Orowin may enable an alternative held in the same user’s name after completing the relevant checks.
Processing time depends on the account’s verification status, the selected method, the payment provider and the required security reviews.
Estimated times shown in the payment section are for information purposes and may be affected by banks, wallets, external providers, blockchain networks, weekends, public holidays or additional checks.
Orowin shall not be considered responsible for delays attributable exclusively to a third party once the transaction has been correctly processed by the platform.
To ensure that players can understand which funds they hold and which are subject to promotional conditions, Orowin distinguishes between:
This is the balance consisting of the user’s real funds and, where applicable, winnings that are already withdrawable under these Terms and the applicable conditions.
These are promotional funds awarded by Orowin.
The Bonus Balance may not necessarily be withdrawn immediately. It may be subject to a wagering or rollover requirement, as well as other conditions stated in the promotion.
When a bonus is active, the user must review the specific terms of that promotion to determine:
Rollover, also known as a betting or wagering requirement, indicates how much must be wagered before funds subject to the bonus can become withdrawable, in accordance with the promotion’s conditions.
The multiplier must not be interpreted in isolation.
The amount to which it applies must always be specified. For example:
These are different calculations.
Illustrative example: deposit of ARS 10,000 + 100% bonus with x30 rollover on the bonus.
Deposit: ARS 10,000
100% bonus: ARS 10,000
Total initial balance: ARS 20,000
Rollover base: ARS 10,000 bonus
Requirement: x30
ARS 10,000 × 30 = ARS 300,000
In this example, the player must place ARS 300,000 in valid bets to complete the requirement, subject to game contributions and the promotion’s other conditions.
This does not mean that it is necessary to lose ARS 300,000. Rollover measures the accumulated volume of eligible bets.
For example, an ARS 1,000 bet placed on a game that contributes 100% would add ARS 1,000 to the rollover progress.
If a game contributed only 20%, an ARS 1,000 bet would contribute ARS 200 toward the requirement.
In that case:
(ARS 10,000 + ARS 10,000) × 30 = ARS 600,000
For this reason, Orowin will specify in the particular conditions of each promotion which amount constitutes the rollover base.
The example above is for explanatory purposes only and does not establish the conditions of any specific promotion currently available at Orowin.
Before activating a promotion, the user must review its specific conditions.
If a promotion establishes a rollover, time limit, game contribution, maximum bet or another specific condition, these rules will apply to the relevant bonus.
Orowin must not retroactively apply a material promotional condition that was not disclosed to the user when the bonus was activated, unless the change is required by law or regulation, results from a manifest error or is necessary to correct a condition that leads to evident abuse, while always respecting the applicable rights over real funds.
It is prohibited to use bonuses through strategies primarily intended to exploit technical errors, create multiple accounts, coordinate accounts, manipulate promotions or deliberately circumvent their restrictions.
Where there are reasonable indications of abuse, Orowin may review the activity before processing promotional benefits or related withdrawals.
The cancellation of a bonus due to a violation does not automatically authorize the confiscation of the user’s legitimate real funds; any adjustment must relate to the detected violation and the applicable rules.
Games available at Orowin may be supplied by external providers.
By participating, the user accepts the specific rules of the relevant game, including rules concerning bets, payouts, results, interrupted rounds and technical operation.
Results correctly recorded by the gaming systems constitute the basis for settling games, except in the event of a technical or manifest error requiring review.
An evident software, display, calculation, odds, prize or crediting error does not in itself create a right to receive an incorrect payment.
Where there is a verifiable error, Orowin may correct the affected balance or result to reflect the outcome that would reasonably have applied without that error.
Any correction must be based on verifiable technical records.
It is not permitted to:
Orowin may investigate suspicious activity and, where necessary, temporarily restrict certain functions while the review is completed.
Measures taken must be proportionate to the identified risk or violation and will be subject to the applicable regulatory obligations.
Orowin applies controls intended to prevent money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud and other unlawful uses of the platform.
Accordingly, Orowin may:
The user agrees to cooperate in good faith with reasonable verification requests.
Orowin offers its services exclusively to people aged 18 and over and promotes gambling as an entertainment activity, not as a way to generate income.
Users should never bet money they cannot afford to lose.
Orowin may offer protection tools such as:
If a user believes that they need to stop gambling, they may use the tools available in their account or request assistance at support@orowin.bet.
A self-exclusion request will be applied in accordance with Orowin’s Responsible Gambling Policy.
During an active self-exclusion, the user must not attempt to open another account or use alternative information to circumvent the restriction.
Orowin will use reasonable controls to detect attempts to circumvent self-exclusion.

Users must not send sensitive documents through unauthorized channels where a secure tool specifically enabled for verification is available.
Users may request the closure of their Gaming Account through the available support channels.
If the reason for closure is related to difficulty controlling gambling, the user must state this so that Orowin can apply the relevant Responsible Gambling or Self-Exclusion measures.
Orowin may temporarily restrict or suspend an account where there is a legitimate reason, including:
Where legally possible, Orowin will inform the user of the steps necessary to resolve the situation.

To facilitate a review, it is advisable to include:
Orowin may request additional information to verify the complainant’s identity and review the relevant records.
Orowin may update these Terms where necessary due to regulatory, legal, operational, technological or security changes or changes to the services offered.
The current version will be available at orowin.bet/es/terms and will state its last updated date.
Where a change is material and it is reasonably possible to do so, Orowin may communicate it through the Gaming Account, the website, email or another appropriate channel.
Changes must not be used to arbitrarily and retroactively alter an already settled bet, an already approved withdrawal or rights over previously acquired real funds.
Orowin aims to keep the platform continuously available but does not guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions.
Temporary suspensions may occur due to:
When a gaming round or transaction is affected by an interruption, its handling will depend on the available technical records, the provider’s rules and the applicable conditions.
The user is responsible for:
The user acknowledges that gambling involves real financial risk and that no result or winnings are guaranteed.
These Terms must be read together with the applicable policies and rules published by Orowin, including:
Where a promotion contains specific conditions, such as a rollover, expiry date or a particular contribution by game, those specific conditions will prevail with respect to that promotion without replacing the remainder of these Terms.
If a provision of these Terms is declared invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Orowin’s failure to immediately exercise a right provided for in these Terms does not in itself constitute a permanent waiver of that right.

For people aged 18 and over only. One person = one account.
The Gaming Account information must match the identity verified through the DNI and the holder of the Mercado Pago account, CBU/CVU, bank account or other payment method used.
Users with accounts configured in Argentine pesos primarily conduct transactions in ARS, and Orowin does not charge its own fee for deposits or withdrawals unless expressly stated otherwise before the transaction. External providers may apply their own charges.
Before accepting a bonus, always check the amount on which the rollover is calculated, the multiplier, which games contribute and how long the promotion remains valid.
