3.1. Communications

Orowin may use contact data to send communications related to security, KYC verification, deposits, withdrawals, significant service changes and requests made by the user.

Where applicable and with the necessary authorization, promotional communications may also be sent.

Users may stop receiving commercial communications through the available options or by submitting a request through the relevant channels. This does not affect operational or security communications required to manage the Gaming Account.

4. Security and Financial Protection

Orowin applies technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, improper disclosure and fraud.

These measures may include:

  • access controls;
  • authentication;
  • security monitoring;
  • activity logging;
  • role-based restricted access; and
  • encryption of information during transmission.

Communications with Orowin’s protected interfaces use SSL/TLS encryption technologies where applicable.

No system connected to the Internet can guarantee zero security risk. Therefore, protection measures are reviewed according to the identified technical and operational risks.

4.1. Payment Protection

Transactions through Mercado Pago, DEBIN, Cuenta DNI, CBU/CVU, bank transfers and USDT are processed using the infrastructure enabled for each method.

Orowin aims to limit the processing of financial information to the data required to execute, verify and protect each transaction.

When a transaction involves payment card data subject to PCI DSS, providers and infrastructure that must apply the security requirements relevant to their role in the processing are used.

PCI DSS is intended to protect payment card data and does not automatically apply to CBU/CVU, DEBIN or USDT transactions. These methods have security measures appropriate to their own infrastructure.

5. Providers and Third Parties

Orowin may share certain data with providers where necessary to deliver the service.

These providers may include:

  • KYC and AML verification services;
  • banks and payment processors;
  • Mercado Pago and other payment method providers;
  • infrastructure providers for digital asset transactions;
  • fraud prevention services;
  • hosting and IT security providers;
  • communications providers; and
  • professional advisers where necessary.

Third parties receive only the data necessary to perform the relevant function and are subject to the applicable contractual, legal or regulatory obligations.

Orowin does not sell or rent its users’ personal data to third parties for use for their own marketing purposes.

Data may also be disclosed where an applicable legal, regulatory, judicial or security obligation exists.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Orowin may use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • maintain sessions;

  • protect the login process;
  • provide essential functions;
  • detect fraud;
  • analyze the technical operation of the website; and
  • measure the platform’s performance.

Strictly necessary cookies may be essential for the secure operation of the service.

Where applicable, users may manage non-essential cookies through the preference tools available on the website.

7. Minors

Orowin is intended exclusively for people aged 18 or over.

People under the age of 18 are not permitted to create or use a Gaming Account.

Orowin may verify the user’s date of birth, DNI and other identity data to confirm that they are of legal age.

If an account belonging to a minor is detected, Orowin may block it and retain only the data necessary to manage the case, prevent new registrations and comply with applicable obligations.

  • comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

The retention period depends on the type of information and the applicable obligations.

After an account is closed, certain data may be retained where justified by a legal, regulatory or security obligation.

A deletion request does not require the removal of information that must be retained to comply with KYC/AML obligations, prevent fraud, maintain an effective self-exclusion, resolve a dispute or defend legal rights.

When the data is no longer required, it may be deleted, anonymized or subject to equivalent measures in accordance with the applicable procedures.

9. International Data Transfers

Because Win Vision N.V. and some of its providers operate internationally, certain personal data may be processed or stored outside the Argentine Republic.

  • payment processing; and
  • security.

Where applicable, Orowin will adopt contractual, technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data during international transfers and comply with applicable data protection requirements.

The international transfer of information does not remove the rights granted to users under applicable Argentine regulations.

10. User Rights

In accordance with the principles of Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326, data subjects may exercise the applicable rights concerning their personal data.

10.1. Access

Users may request information about personal data associated with their identity and how it is processed.

Where Law No. 25,326 applies, an access request will be handled within the applicable statutory period, which allows up to 10 calendar days from receipt of a valid request.

10.2. Rectification and Updating

Users may request the correction or updating of inaccurate, incomplete or outdated personal data.

Orowin may request documentation to verify changes involving sensitive information, such as name, DNI, date of birth or ownership of payment methods.

Where Law No. 25,326 applies, requests for rectification or updating will be handled within the applicable statutory period, which allows up to 5 business days.

10.3. Deletion

Users may request the deletion of their data where applicable.

This right is not absolute. Orowin may retain information where necessary to comply with legal or regulatory obligations, KYC/AML procedures, fraud prevention, self-exclusions, dispute resolution or the defense of legal rights.

To protect user data, Orowin may verify the user’s identity before providing, modifying or deleting personal information.

Users must not send passwords, authentication codes, private keys or complete banking credentials.

11. Data Protection Authority in Argentina

Where Argentine law applies, users may exercise the mechanisms provided for under Law No. 25,326.

The Access to Public Information Agency (AAIP) is the national authority responsible for personal data protection and provides mechanisms for making inquiries and filing complaints related to data processing.

Users may first contact Orowin at support@orowin.bet to request a review of any matter related to their personal data.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Orowin may update this Policy to reflect legal, regulatory, technological, operational or security changes.

The page will display the date of its most recent update.

When material changes are introduced and it is reasonably possible to do so, Orowin may communicate them through the website, the Gaming Account, email or another appropriate channel.
